What do YOU need today?

In a world where we're told that "healthy and successful" must look a certain way, it's so hard to feel anything but tormented about food and our bodies.

We specialize in helping people calm down around food, become confident eaters, and live comfortably in their own skin.

We do this firmly rooted in the truth that you don’t need a perfect body to be healthy. Sessions are places to break through rotten beliefs that just aren’t helping anymore and find solutions for taking care of your body that actually work.

Peace with food is possible. Healing is possible. You are worth it, every inch and ounce of you. If you feel a spark of hope reading this, please reach out! We would love to hear from you.


The Process

After you’ve filled out our request form, our team will assist you, answer questions, and help you determine if we’re a good fit.

The next step is to schedule a Welcome Assessment. You’ll meet for 90 minutes with your clinician and start the assessment process.

We will ask questions about everything that you're experiencing that relates to food, body, and movement. Your clinician will ask you questions about your history, eating patterns, internal cues, medical history, and more to get a clear picture.

From there we will prioritize your care and make unique goals based on what is important to you. Some potential directions to explore:

  • Create a supportive eating structure that works for you and leads you toward intuitive eating.

  • Work toward body respect and nourishment as self care

  • Look at barriers for joyful movement and find what works for you

  • Address specific nutrition concerns

  • Give you tools to cope with challenges that will return

  • Discuss and support positive family feeding dynamics

  • Develop a stress management plan

  • Work toward better sleep hygiene

  • Reduce or eliminate disordered eating behaviors

  • Work through the self care framework, Intuitive Eating

  • Develop mindfulness and coping strategies

  • Work with your medical and mental health team to problem solve for the best possible outcomes

No Show and Cancellation Policy 

Please cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment. Heal and Hope Nutrition has a $75 late cancellation/no show fee that can be applied at our discretion. No show and late cancellation fees will be automatically charged to the credit card on file within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

Health Insurance

Nutrition counseling is often covered by your health insurance benefits, including telehealth visits.

We are in network with the following health insurance plans:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield:

    • Blue Cross Blue Shield Preferred Payment Plan (PPP)

    • True Blue PPO

    • Health Advantage HMO

    • WRMC Statewide (Washington Regional)

    • USAble Mutual Connect PPO

  • Ambetter

  • Qualchoice (Alliance-Commercial and Inspire-Network Access products)

  • Aetna

  • United Healthcare

    • UMR

When using insurance, the amount you pay will vary widely, but it will be no more than the rates listed below. Some insurance plans will cover a certain amount of visits in full, some will be applied to your deductible, while others will have a copay or coinsurance. You can call the number on the back of your insurance card to find out. We have an insurance verification form for new clients to help walk you through this process. If insurance declines to cover your visit(s) for any reason, you are responsible for the full amount billed.​

Payment 

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All major credit cards, including HSA plans, are accepted.

  • A credit/debit card on file is required to secure appointments.

  • If we are out of network with your insurance, we can send you a Superbill for possible insurance reimbursement upon request. Payment is due immediately upon invoice.

  • Any invoices left unpaid after 30 days will be run with the credit card on file. No show and late cancellation fees will be automatically charged to the credit card on file within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.


Technology

Appointments will be held in person at our office in Rogers, AR or online via video call. In order to have secure HIPAA compliant communication, we will keep communications within the client portal, except in the case of scheduling.

Please make sure you have a stable internet connection and a smart phone or computer with a microphone and camera for telehealth appointments.
