When using insurance, the amount you pay will vary widely, but it will be no more than the rates listed below. Some insurance plans will cover a certain amount of visits in full, some will be applied to your deductible, while others will have a copay or coinsurance. You can call the number on the back of your insurance card to find out. Schedule now and we will verify your benefits before your appointment. If insurance declines to cover your visit(s) for any reason, you are responsible for the full amount billed.

Initial Nutrition Assessment (~85 minutes) = $240
Follow-up Appointment (~55 minutes) = $140
