Are you a good fit for working with Lauresa?

  • Lauresa’s client schedule is limited to Tuesdays and Thursdays between 8:30 AM and 2 PM.

  • She does her best work with adults who want support working toward nutrition, well being goals, and a better relationship with food and body. She has specialized in eating disorders and disordered eating and has extensive training in nutrition for PCOS. She loves working with neurodivergent folks.

  • Lauresa is a mentor on her client’s journey of problem solving and self discovery. She works in partnership with her clients supporting deep change and healing. She has a gift for making connections and helping clients see things clearly. This is often later stage work for eating disorder recovery. Lauresa helps recovery stick.

  • ***Lauresa cannot provide high levels of care for eating disorders. If you need weight restoration or need to meet more than once a week, Lauresa will not be a good fit.*** If not a good fit for you, we love our community partners.

We do accept insurance! We are in network with most major plans, listed below, and insurance typically covers full or in part. Please schedule an appointment and we will be able to verify your insurance benefits before your visit. Our private pay rates are also listed below. We look forward to hearing from you!

When using insurance, the amount you pay will vary widely, but it will be no more than the rates listed below. Some insurance plans will cover a certain amount of visits in full, some will be applied to your deductible, while others will have a copay or coinsurance. You can call the number on the back of your insurance card to find out. Schedule now and we will verify your benefits before your appointment. If insurance declines to cover your visit(s) for any reason, you are responsible for the full amount listed below.​

Updated Rates Starting January 2025

  • Initial Nutrition Assessment (~85 minutes) = $240

  • Follow-up Appointment (~55 minutes) = $140
